25.01.2022 Our sincerest condolences to those lost in this evenings incident in Kew. Thankyou for your service...

24.01.2022 Wow! What a night! A huge thankyou to all our amazing volunteers who were out very late last night helping our community... and also a massive thankyou to Horsham Fire Brigade CFA for their assistance in clearing the 22 jobs we recieved within a few hours. Thankyou also to the community for your patience and understanding as we endeavored to clear all our jobs before the rain set in. Wishing everyone a safe and restful remainder of the weekend.

22.01.2022 Have a read as there is some really interesting ideas about dash relocation.

21.01.2022 Training is back! Due to the easing of restrictions Horsham volunteers have been allowed to conduct some face to face training. This training is limited in number capacity (maximum 10 people outdoors) and operating under strict COVID protocols. But we are glad to be back and preparing for the potential of upcoming flooding.

21.01.2022 Cool little video clip.

21.01.2022 Its been a full on 24 hours for all our amazing emergency services and particularly our volunteers who spent most of the night geared up responding to both non-emergency and emergency calls for help. Just thought we might share this poster as an indication if you are unsure what number to call. Have a safe day and please travel safely on our roads!

20.01.2022 VicPol showing some WOW day love. #weworkasone

20.01.2022 Sad news this evening. A truck driver has died in Nurcoung, near Horsham. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be established and the inv...estigation is ongoing. Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 http://bitly.com/30wTRQy

20.01.2022 Due to the nature of COVID-19, in recent times we’d taken a break from face-to-face skills maintenance and training to focus only on responding to emergencies. From this week, you might see us back out undertaking training in small groups to ensure we have the essential skills and capability required to respond to an emergency. Emergency services, as a permitted industry, are able to conduct critical training and exercising under the directions endorsed by the Victorian Chie...f Health Officer. Our crews are following all the COVIDSafe principles, wearing masks and working hard to ensure we are there for our community. Thank you.

18.01.2022 #weworkasone Massive shoutout to all our wonderful colleagues at Victoria Police Ambulance Victoria Fire Rescue Victoria and CFA (Country Fire Authority) on a job well done. Thanks team!

18.01.2022 Multiple crews have been working throughout the night responding to a large volume of requests for assistance. We appreciate everyone’s patience with us. 17.01.2022 On Wednesday 29th April 2020 at 5:40pm a number of Brigades across the state, including Horsham Fire Brigade and Horsham SES, will be sounding their Brigade Station Siren (four times) and Wail as a mark of respect to the four Victorian Police Officers who tragically lost their lives last week. There is no reason to be concerned or alarmed should you hear one or more Brigade sirens sounding today at 5.40pm. When you hear the siren, pause with us as a sign of respect for the four Police Officers and one of our own, Heath Martin. Senior Constable Kevin King, Constable Glen Humphris, Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor and Constable Joshua Prestney.

17.01.2022 Santa visit! This Sunday, alongside Horsham Fire Brigade CFA some of our volunteers are hitching a ride with Santa on a fire truck. But... Santa has said we can only have 1 hour of his time as he has a very busy schedule. Santa said he got a letter from a little boy that lost some of his roof in the big tornado so Santa has asked if we can do our drive where these kids lost roofs, trampolines and outside toys. We will be starting at Florence st and heading East along the tornados path. Can't wait to see all the smiling faces from 6.30pm on Sunday afternoon! PS Santa will have lollies

17.01.2022 Thank you Ambulance Victoria

17.01.2022 In relation to the latest update to news outlets on Facebook in Australia, we’d like to reassure the community that all of our local and state VICSES Facebook p...ages should not be affected. This means you can still receive important information from us on Facebook, including emergency and weather warnings. This is also a timely reminder to not rely on a single source of information. Make sure you follow us on Twitter and Instagram, and download the Vic Emergency app today. Stay safe out there.

16.01.2022 A massive reminder of tomorrows code red day. It is better to be prepared than to be caught out. If you have somewhere safe and cool to be head there for the day until the hazard decreases. It only takes a cigarette butt, a dry lightning strike, a broken down car or someones careless action to change an unimaginable amount of lives in an instant. Thanks for the below Vic Emergency
