25.01.2022 Check out the video Juncel Tatel made on the weekend! Thanks so much for the video and a big cheers to Tim Barnett for sending me the link. https://youtu.be/axuoxgUSAAE

25.01.2022 Hi y'all. If you're wanting to get your show and shine or swapmeet fix this weekend the Little desert rodders have their swap meet on at the Dimboola rec reserve tomorrow. Or if a bit of speed is what you need, the Wimmera off street drag club are holding 1/8th mile drags tomorrow at the Warracknabeal airport. Both of these clubs have been fantastic supporters of W.A.C.K and also of our car show. The sun will be out and a great day to clock up some style miles. See you all at both events tomorrow

25.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who came along on our Christmas light cruise on Saturday night. We all had a great night and managed to raise just under 200 dollars for W.A.C.K. I wish everyone a safe and merry Christmas and all the very best to everyone for the new year. Clarky

I think the judges nailed it this year and to all the judges I thank you for a very difficult job that no one is keen to tackle. Click on the photos for the various category and vehicle details. There are 2 more but I will add these as soon as I have the correct details in front of me sorry.

25.01.2022 Hi all. Just a friendly reminder that this years 2021 Horsham car and bike show at May park on this upcoming long weekend is still cancelled as was announced 5 weeks ago. However....... There will be a cruise this SATURDAY for anyone interested to Rainbow for the Rainbow Rises off road rally, leaving from the foodary on Stawell rd at 9.30 -10 o'clockish going through Dimboola and Jeparit then on up to Rainbow .This event is part of a national circuit, is fully catered for and... features some of the best off road buggys and 4wds in the country. There will be a donation tin at the foodary carpark with all money raised going to W.A.C.K. to help us to be able to keep helping local families dealing with childhood cancer. This is a covid safe event at Rainbow with qr codes at the gate and social distancing rules in place. All welcome

24.01.2022 May park is looking an absolute treat but it will look way better tomorrow with some of the best vehicles this area has to offer. Remember if you are looking to do something today (and it looks like the weather is going to be perfect) there will be a nice little 100km cruise leaving from the Caltex roadhouse on Stawell rd at 1130am -1145am ish heading out for a gold coin bbq lunch with all proceeds going to W.A.C.K. Maybe bring a chair.. If you would like to come along and haven't made contact yet please drop a comment so I know for catering please. All welcome. Everyday is a great day to go for a cruise.

21.01.2022 Rightio. Here are the results from the 20th Wack Horsham car and bike show. If anyone has any issues with the judging please call me on 0429941241. I think the judges nailed it this year and to all the judges I thank you for a very difficult job that no one is keen to tackle. Click on the photos for the various category and vehicle details.

20.01.2022 https://www.facebook.com/163215133738047/posts/2319996614726544/ Pop on down to the Vic Hotel across from May park in Horsham on Sunday to help raise some money and bid for some great prizes donated by some fantastic local businesses for brave little Brax Williams. $10 from every Parma sold is being donated . Free entertainment and stuff for the kids. Come down from 11am and support this great cause. Please share.

20.01.2022 Well this time next week we will be setting up May Park for the 19th annual W.A.C.K Horsham Car and bike show. I have been getting asked a few questions and thought I would put them up here. 1. Do you need to pre enter or pre register? No. Just rock up on the day. The cut off for entering the judging is 12 noon. 2. What do I do when I get to May Park? We will have witches hats set out along the south west side of May Park on Baillie st. Follow the signs and pull into the mark...ed out lane. We prefer if you enter from May park terrace and then turn left into Baillie st as it is a terrible idea to do a u turn when there is a line up of vehicles wanting to enter our show. We have had a few close calls with through traffic over the years and we would hate anything bad to happen to people's pride and joys. The driveway is the only entry/exit to enter May Park. If anyone has any better ideas I would like to hear it. One of us guys will put a sticker with a number on your vehicle and you will be told to remember your sticker number. You will be directed to go and park your vehicle up and come back to pay and fill out the entry form. This way keeps the entry line moving to prevent a backlog of vehicles. Then you are free to enjoy the day 3. How much is it to enter? $10 for entrants bringing a vehicle *If they have more than one vehicle, the other ones are free, a gold coin donation for public entry. We try to keep our entry fees down so everyone can have a great affordable day out. But we welcome donations with open arms. Every dollar raised goes exactly where it's needed. To help local families dealing with childhood cancer. 4. Where are the public entry voting cards for peoples choice? We hand these out randomly to the public to make it is fair as possible. 5. We want to park all of our vehicles together. The best thing to do is arrange it to come early and to all arrive together. See more

20.01.2022 2 weeks time and it will be here... If you are looking for a car event to check out today the old skool hot rod club have their show and shine up in Halls gap today and also the Minyip show and shine is on in the Main st in Minyip. There is some news I will share later today about this years up coming event....

19.01.2022 Well the weather is looking much better for this weekend than what we had for last years show so I think its only fair to go for a cruise this Saturday. We will meet at the Caltex foodary on Stawell rd at 11am and head off at about 11.30 ish for a 12.30 ish gold coin bbq lunch. If you are keen to go for a cruise please let me know just to help me for catering. All welcome. Clarky

19.01.2022 Hi y'all. I have been getting a few enquiries about if the W.A.C.K Horsham car and bike show will be on again next year. It most certainly will be. Sunday March the 11th 2019. So put it in your calendar for next year. I haven't got around to do a proper flyer but here is some artwork by my 10 year old son Brock who is one of our judges for the Kids Pick trophy. Any inquiries feel free to call me on 0429941241 about next years show.

17.01.2022 Hi champions. Longtime no posting. Just a quick Heads up there will be another Christmas light cruise in Horsham before the bearded fat man turns up. ( err not me). It will be another fundraiser for W.A.C.K just to give what you can as this year has been so hard for everyone. I will keep y'all posted as there will be more details later next week. Enjoy your weekend P.s It should be pretty easy to social distance in cars 1.5 apart...

16.01.2022 Hi y'all. If you ordered t shirts from our show and shine I will hopefully get them out to you by the end of the week. We still have a few Small, medium and Large in white and a few Large and extra large in Black. First in best dressed. 30 dollars for the shirts and also we still have some WACK stubbie holders for 10 dollars and all money goes to WACK. If you would like a shirt send a message to the page or send me a text to 0429941241. Stay safe everyone

16.01.2022 The Wimmera Mallee Historical Vehicle Society have always been great supporters of us and their upcoming Swapmeet unfortunately has also fallen foul of this damn coronavirus.

16.01.2022 What a ripper day yesterday for the 20th WACK Horsham car and bike show. Thankyou to all that came along either as an entrant, spectator, sponsor, volunteer or were just passing through and put a gold coin in the tin. Without your support we would not be able to have such a great day and be able to raise some money for WACK to give some support to local families dealing with childhood cancer. 232 entrants was the final tally which was almost the most vehicles we have had come along, but the quality and the variety of vehicles was without doubt the best we have ever had. I will post up the results later today. Thankyou to all of you on behalf of the car and bike show committee. Clarky

16.01.2022 To celebrate our 20th year of W.A.C.K s car and bike show, this year we have done a limited number of t shirts and stubby holders which will be available on the day. If we sell out we will most likely do another run of them. I would like to thank Liz at Flat Cat T shirts for doing a great job on these shirts and stubby holders. ALSO we are planning to go for a CRUISE on Saturday the 7th of March, the day before the show to go for a gold coin bbq. If anyone is keen to go on the bbq run please let me know so I can cater for this. I will post up some more details of this run early next week. I still have a few posters to go up so if you know of a business (or have one) that would like to display one please let me know and I will drop one off this week. Clarky

15.01.2022 Thankyou to everyone that came along today either as an entrant, a spectator or as a sponsor. We have enjoyed 18 years of perfect weather but unfortunately the rain did dampen our parade a little bit and unfortunately we had to wind it up earlier than we had wanted to. The outstanding quality of vehicles again and broad range this year is just mind blowing and makes our show such a great annual social day out . Each and every one of the 205 vehicles there on display today is ...a standout anywhere and to have such a fantastic collection in one spot is a real treat. Not just for the spectators but also for us guys as organizers. Thanks to all the clubs involved today. This does not run without a bit of help and it is very much appreciated. If you have taken photos feel free to post them on the page. Thanks again for bearing with us in the rain and I will post up the results over the next few days. Cheers Clarky See more

11.01.2022 It appears to be one hell of a car show already and it's only 9.30! Come on down and check it out.

10.01.2022 Hi all. If you have read the article in this weeks The Weekly Advertiser and are puzzled as to which day our car and bike show is on, please take note our 20th annual Horsham Car and bike show is most definitely on this SUNDAY AT MAY PARK... not Saturday as printed. If you can share this post it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance Clarky

09.01.2022 We really want to thank Ace radio and The Weekly Advertiser, McDonald's Horsham, Wes Davidson Real estate, Horsham Auto Wreckers, Spotlight Horsham, Speakmans Auto Electrical, Repco Horsham, Bursons Horsham, Supercheap auto Horsham, Ian Antonoff Engineers, Horsham Toyota, Miller Contractors, Mackays leading edge jewelers, Wimmera Small Engines, Horsham Glass Works, Hillross Horsham, Aussie Home Loans, Alk property maintenance, Consortium private wealth and Capitas Accounting. Without your generous sponsorships, WACK would not be able to run the Horsham car and bike show and help families in our community dealing with childhood cancer . From the Car and bike show comittee please accept this as our personal thanks. Clarky

08.01.2022 Next Saturday night there will be a Christmas light cruise meeting up at the Weir park car park at 830 ish for a 9pm ish start( depending on a how dark it is). I would love for it to be a gold coin donation to W.A.C.K so if you could give a little something that would be awesome. After such a rough year it will be nice to all go for a cruise and everyone is welcome with social distancing in place... Santa hats are not compulsory but encouraged and for anyone interested afterwards we can meet up for a coffee or hot chocolate at the Ampol service station on Stawell rd. Hope to see y'all next Saturday night. Clarky

Kindly donated by Goollum goollum cooperative is a dragster bike that will be 1st place in the raffle. 2nd prize will be an Indian motorcycle sign from Brett at Modern Image that would be awesome in anyone's shed or man cave. Thanks so much Luke and check out his stand tomorrow and for all your trailer and engineering call in and see him at the bottom end of Firebrace st.

07.01.2022 Thanks to all those came along on the cruise today and enjoyed this awesome weather. Just a little note about the entry to May park for entrants. We will have witches hats around the centre of the bend where Darlot st goes into Baillie st . So for your sake and ours, please cut a lap of the main st (Firebrace st) heading north and turn left onto Dimboola rd, then turn left again at the kfc traffic lights and follow the signs. It is way too dangerous to try to enter from Darlo...t st. We have had a few close calls over the years and we do our very best to try and make it as safe as we can for entrants and the general public alike. We would like the motorbike riders to come in the same spot as the cars come in and not sneak in on the footpath from May park terrace. I have tried to streamline our entry form to make things a lot simpler than in the past. We will put a sticker on your car/bike and give you a the entry form, park your ride then come back to our table and we will sort the rest out. If we can keep the line moving the happier we will all be. Anyway we hope to see you all there tomorrow for a great day. See more

06.01.2022 A big thanks to Dwayne Schembri for helping us out by taking some great photos. If you have any you wish to share post them up on the page. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2213881432240347&id=1401232833505215

06.01.2022 Just a show of hands who is interested in the cruise to Rainbow for the off road rally on Saturday. If you could put your name on this post with a thumbs up that would be awesome. Thanks Clarky

05.01.2022 Hi all and happy father's Day to all the Dads out there and all the Mums doing the Dad bit. Seeing we can't all go for a fathers day cruise which would be awesome and something we may be able to do next year hopefully, how about today we have a virtual car show for fathers day to fill the void. Post up a photo on this post and the photo which has the most likes will win a W.A.C.K prize and this will close at 8pm tonight. Here's a photo to kick it off. Hope everyone has a great day

05.01.2022 After holding off our decision as long as we could to see where we stand with the Victorian Governments covid19 regulations and possible easing of restrictions in hosting the 21st W.A.C.K Horsham car and bike show, the organising committee have tonight, decided in the best interests and safety of our entrants, general public, exhibitors and our sponsors, to postpone our 2021 show until next year. To run the event as per the state governments guidelines, we simply cannot run our event in it's current format as successfully as we have done for the last 20 years. We have not taken this decision lightly, as the risks for something going wrong are too high in the present climate. We thank everyone for their past and current support and will be back next year bigger and brighter than ever before. Clarky

03.01.2022 Happy Australia day long weekend y'all. Just working in my shed and I started thinking, what projects are you working on in the shed to bring along to this years Horsham Car and Bike Show? Post some photos up in the comments.

02.01.2022 What a great night for a cruise last night. We better make this an annual W.A.C.K event. 30 cool cars and 1 bike tells me so. I must say it did look pretty damn spectacular all those headlights in a row and everyone's gold coins raised just over 150 bucks for W.A.C.K which is great. Thanks to all that came along and I hope you all had fun. The next W.A.C.K cruise will be on Saturday the 7th of March, the day before our 20th W.A.C.K car and bike show. Merry Christmas everyone and I wish you all the best for the new year.

02.01.2022 Not long to go now. What are you bringing along on Sunday? Post up a photo of what you are bringing to the show. To get the ball rolling here's a pic of my old Hos which will be tucked well away from all the nice shiny cars and bikes on display.

02.01.2022 Tomorrow night is the night for the Christmas light cruise. It will be a much nicer night than tonight that is for sure. Stay safe and hydrated and we will see you at 845 9pm tomorrow night down at weir park Clarky

02.01.2022 Got a bit done today. Trophies have been ordered and a big thankyou to Greg Schwartz at Wimmera trophies and gifts. He has looked after us for many years with beautiful trophies and fantastic prompt service. Also started putting a few banners up and posters around the town. If you would like a poster in your shop window let us know.

01.01.2022 Coffee and chrome down at the Wimmera river near the old Apex sheds Sunday the 28th of March 9.30 am onwards.Social distancing and all other covid things apply. There will be W.A.C.K donation tins there. Hope to see you there. Clarky

01.01.2022 Hi y'all. For something different this year there will be a Christmas light cruise next Saturday night meeting at Weir Park leaving around 8.45 - 9ish or when it is darkish... All welcome. A gold coin donation to W.A.C.K if you can would be much appreciated. Have a merry and safe Christmas and all the very best for the New year. P.s If you have seen some cool Christmas lights put the street in the comments so I can add them to the map. Cheers Clarky
