20.01.2022 If you have been to Melbourne, or another identified COVID-19 hotspot, in the 14 days prior to your appointment, please contact us on 53822239 to discuss your situation. At this point in time, we are continuing with appointments with our updated protocols - Wait in your car on arrival and call to let us know that you have arrived ... - We will advise whether you can come into our waiting room straight away, otherwise we will call to let you know when you are able to come into the building - We will ask you immediately upon entering, to sanitise your hands, and we will check your temperature. Anybody presenting with a temperature greater than 37.4'C will have any non-urgent dental treatment delayed until a future date. - We are adhering to social distancing principles and we ask that you do not bring any extra people to your appointment where possible. We would be happy to contact somebody who is waiting in their car should the need arise during your appointment. - Please remember that we are keeping our door locked for now, and should you present at our door whilst we are opening it for another patient, we kindly ask that you wait outside until we are able to serve you. Thank you for your understanding and patience whilst we do our part to keep our staff and community as safe as possible

16.01.2022 We’re used to wearing masks, but we must admit that it’s still confronting to see people around town wearing them. It’s not about being forced to do something or being made to feel afraid, it’s just an extra tool in our toolkit that we can use to help stop the spread

All appointments are still going ahead as planned this week, we are not expecting anything to change in the coming days. 06.01.2022 We would like to reassure the community that we have NO POSITIVE CASES of COVID-19 in our building or staff members. We work in a very high risk profession, and are governed by national health authorities beyond our local community. For this reason, we ask that should our opening hours or working conditions change throughout the course of this pandemic, that the community remains calm and confident that we are taking all of the necessary precautions to keep our staff, their ...families, our patients and community safe. We understand that you might be scared, we are also scared of what may come. But we feel safe in following the expert guidance and will continue to do our part in this fight. Let’s all remain sensible in our approach. Our thoughts go out to the families who are currently fighting the virus. Please do not feel as though you are to blame or alone in this fight As per our previous post, all appointments will be going ahead from Monday. #stayhome #staysafe #weareallinthistogether
