23.01.2022 One of our biggest weeks this week has left Hosepatch kits Out of Stock. You cannot purchase direct from the website but we still have our main distributors holding stock, get in quick before harvest, before they all run out. Next availability for kits will be mid December, early January. 20.01.2022 A great success with our kits being sold in South Africa, Canada, America and Australia. We've been hearing lots of you asking about individuals as you only run a certain size hose on most of your machinery, so we've listened and individuals are coming soon! 17.01.2022 Two Hosepatch clamps on a neighbours boom spray. Pretty good going for a bloke that said he'd never need one because wer'e just down the road. it's impossible to carry every fitting out there so while we order the fitting in he can carry on spraying. win win.

13.01.2022 Testing has been completed on our hosepatch and joiner and we are pleased to say as a joiner it has met ISO Standards for new hose assemblies (1.5* Working pressure of the hose) As a patch it was still successful but is best suited to low pressure applications or as a a quick repair to get you out of trouble. It has been tested on R7 thermoplastic, 1SN, 2SN braided, R12 & R15 4 spriral hose. 4 types of the most commonly used hoses. As a patch there was no leaking up to 1000...psi, between 1000psi and 2800psi, there was a drip, as presurre increased, so did a low pressure flow, still would get you out of trouble but is recommended for low pressure applications (1800psi or less) As a joiner, the results were amazing and even surprised the guys testing and they've tested lots of different applications. As a joiner we tested all hoses well above there working pressures (R15 WP 6000psi) and it exceeded all expectations. In most cases the JIC fittings started to leak before the joiner. In one example, we got to 15000psi on a 3/4" R15 4 spiral hose with a working pressure of 6000psi, a great success. One of the biggest fears was at what pressure the patch or joiner would burst, we are very glad to say we were unable to burst the joiner or patch. Overall the joiner worked well above the working pressure of the hose and met ISO Standards. We would highly recommend using as a joiner especially if your not aware of the psi of the machine and using as a patch on low pressure applications. the hosepatch and joiner are used as a temporary repair whilst you get your new hose crimped. 11.01.2022 A great few days promoting our Hydraulic Hosepatch repair kits. We went to the Narrogin Ag Show and the Yealering regatta and Market Day. Was great to catch up and chat to the locals and also see lots of new faces. Boat races were fantastic, lets just say some very interesting boats out there and lots of team spirit. 10.01.2022 We are now taking pre-orders for our Hydraulic Hose Repair Kit. The Hosepatch kit can be used as a patch for low pressure applications or as a joiner for high pressure applications (not exceeding 6000psi). It is a temporary solution to keep you working while your new hose is made. The clamps and barbs are completely reusable, so after use, put back in the kit for next time! Its a one time investment and can save hours of downtime. Delivery is expected end of September but we do have limited stock, so get in quick. 08.01.2022 Its Friday afternoon, the wind is still, a perfect day for harvesting. You jump into your tractor, turn onto triple J and your off. The crop is looking great, yielding well, and then bam your tractor decides to stop operating, you look around and there's oil pissing out everywhere. You turn off the tractor, take your hose off and head back to the workshop, just as your about to head off to your nearest hydraulic mob you realize they are closed until Monday. You spend the next... 2 days winging to your wife about how perfect the weather is and how you should be out there harvesting (this happens very often) Monday early morning you head out to get your hose replaced. Does this sound familiar? These handy little kits save all the mess and hassle, keep in your tractor, cut the hose, join and clamp and your ready to carry on working over the weekend. 08.01.2022 Making hydraulic hose repair as simple as possible, our hydraulic hose repair clamps are estimated to be released in may 2017. Quick and easy to fit and reusable, they can be used as a patch for small holes running lower pressures (1/2inch clamp 2000 psi) or as a joiner for higher pressures (1/2inch clamp tested to 3000 psi) No more downtime due to trips to town, weekends, public holidays or not having the right fittings in stock.
