20.01.2022 Independent eating for individuals with limited hand and arm mobility. We love this solution... What's your favourite?

19.01.2022 As we officially start to head towards Autumn, we are conscious that the only thing that should be falling down right now are leaves! Unfortunately, the reality is that many of our loved ones, as they age, are at higher risk of injuries caused by falls. Do you know what steps you can take to help prevent falls?

18.01.2022 Highlighted within our selection of daily living aids is the Ornamin range of tableware. Their lightweight range of melamine crockery is ideal for use in Aged Care facilities, but our particular favourite is their Vital Range. This plate from the Vital range, with a sloped base and discreet inner lip also has a non-slip ring under the plate making it much easier to eat from if you only have the use of one hand.

17.01.2022 Have just finished spending a few fascinating days with our visitors from Human Care Australia. They've been training us up on their no lift convertible chair which we will be supplying. Give us a call if you'd like us to come out and demonstrate just how easy it is to use.

11.01.2022 HospEquip are the exclusive distributors in WA for these Sterri-Matt PPE Organisers. Perfect for use in Hospitals or Aged Care facilities, they are available in three sizes and can either be permanently wall mounted or attached to the back of a door using the door mount bracket. Keep everything neatly and easily accessible in one place. Looking for more information? Request a trial, email: [email protected] or call (08) 9456 1661.

10.01.2022 Registrations for the ATSA Independent Living Expos are open. Admission is free. 09.01.2022 Mejora los traslado dentro de tu casa

09.01.2022 After a very positive response at last year's ATSA Expo in Perth, we've decided to have a stand at both the Sydney and Brisbane ATSA Expos later this year...

09.01.2022 We love this nifty wheelchair ... or is that "Whill" Chair? They'll be arriving soon and we plan to show them off at the ATSA Expo's in Sydney and Brisbane in May. Come to our stand and try them out for yourself!

05.01.2022 Time to celebrate!! RotoBed has just won one of the world's largest design awards, the recognized iF DESIGN AWARD. Our innovative care bed won in the discipli...ne Product and the category Medicine / Health. RotoBed was chosen as the winner by a jury consisting of 67 independent experts from around the world. And the competition was tough: 6,375 participants from 52 different countries participated in the competition's 7 disciplines in the hope of achieving this quality stamp. RotoBed has spent two years developing the nursing bed, where every detail has been carefully thought out in collaboration with skilled Danish designer Hans Sandgren Jakobsen. The bed was put into production last year, and we at RotoBed see the IF Design award as a shoulder patch for the great development work. Of course, RotoBed is first and foremost a functional aid. But design matters. Being disabled does not mean you want to lie in an ugly metal bed that reminds you of your illness. With a RotoBed you get a beautiful piece of furniture as well, thanks to Hans Sandgren Jakobsen - a formidable representative of the Scandinavian design. See more
