19.01.2022 https://www.dymockschildrenscharities.org.au/dymocksstorene This year our school is being supported by Dymocks Adelaide, Dymocks Hyde Park & Dymocks Glenelg and Dymocks Children’s Charities. Dymocks Adelaide, Dymocks Hyde Park & Dymocks Glenelg are raising funds in their store so that we can fill the shelves of our library and classrooms with brand new books! Every dollar raised is doubled in RRP of book value so if we raise $2,000 our school will receive $4,000 worth of b...rand-new books. We select the books ourselves, so our students receive the books they want and need. You can support this initiative in the following ways: 1. Head to Dymocks Dymocks Adelaide, Dymocks Hyde Park & Dymocks Glenelg and buy a Christmas Bauble. Between 1 November and 31 December baubles will be available to purchase at a cost of $2 or $5. 2. Visit dymockschildrenscharities.org.au and click on our school logo on the ‘Dymocks Store Network Community Fundraising’ page. Dymocks have been a long term supporter of Hospital School SA and we value their continued contribution and support.

17.01.2022 Today we said goodbye to a long term family and they presented us with this thoughtful and beautiful gift. We wish Phillip Snr, Rebecca, Phillip and Anaru all the best on their return home.

17.01.2022 Last week to end the term we were so so so lucky that the WCH Foundation organized pARTy Week for all young people and adults at the Women's and Children's Hospital. We had a range of fun activities and musical experiences each day. Thank you Lauren and Jill and the Foundation as we all had a great time! Here is some of the arty fun from the playdeck.

15.01.2022 Our Women's and Children's Campus and our overall Hospital School SA program got a feature in the current WCHN Chief Operating Officer Report. We thank Sarah McRae and the WCHN team for their continued support.

14.01.2022 Tamara missed out on her school Sports Day today so she decided to organize her own! She gathered up staff who were free and conducted a range of events. Tamara did a fantastic job and everyone enjoyed the events.

13.01.2022 Grace is one of our talented Hospital School SA students. This is her hand painted artwork that was recently unveiled as the artistic centrepiece of the Culture... in Culture initiative. Her artwork represents Hospital School SA and will be displayed at our Women’s and Children’s Campus. Aspects from this new piece will also be reflected in branding across all Hospital School campuses - Congratulations Grace!

11.01.2022 At our HSSA Flinders Medical Centre Campus today students worked with Maggie the Diversional Therapist to build, make and prepare their NAIDOC Week display.

08.01.2022 It was Spring Day at Hospital School SA today at all campuses. Staff were in their finest floral, colours and seasonal outfits as we celebrated Spring Day with the doctors and nurses across the hospitals.
