We are passing this message on as it is a crazy time of the year for everyone, especially now with the easing of restrictions. ... We are letting you know now that if you are needing to change your appointments last minute, it may not be possible for us to do (even if we would love to squeeze you in, we are almost at capacity) Due to it being the busiest time of the year, we have extended our hours to accommodate. We will be enforcing a christmas cancellation policy, as a small business we are positive all of you will understand. If you don't show up your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service and have to pay a deposit for your next appointment to secure it, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service. We hope that everyone understands and that anyone who needs to change any appointments will be in touch asap.

03.01.2022 SALON POLICY - PLEASE READ - please hand sanitize as you arrive and leave our salon and nail clients please wash your hands before the treatment - no extras in salon - Im so sorry to say but please dont bring any family, children or friends to your appoitment to keep inline with social distancing rules ... - we need to update all clients details to adhere to covid safe record keeping - you may be requested to fill out a form - we can only have limited people in our salon due to social distancing and as were in a small space. Please only turn up to your appoitment on time. If early please wait in your car - we are allowing 10-15 minutes between appoitments to sanitize and disinfect all areas and surfaces - reframe from touching your phone and personal belongings whilst getting treatments done - all linen is taken off the treatment beds- lash ladies please bring your own blanket if youd like one - if your sick or a member of your household is sick please reschedule your appoitment but please keep in mind our 24hr cancellation policy - we have the right to refuse bookings and request ID with any bookings made in the salon We hope everyone can understand and thank you for your on going support during this crazy time!
