18.01.2022 We are finally back on Saturday morning!. Hours for Saturday and Sunday will be 8am-6pm. To comply with our Covid-19 safety plan there are a few things you will need to note: *Practice 1.5m social distancing. Train then go, try to spend as little time in the gym as possible.... *Either use the supplied sanitizer, or wash your hands with soap and hot water upon arrival. *Bring a large towel. The towel must be used to cover as much upholstery as possible. No towel - no workout! Membership billing will resume next week. See more

01.01.2022 We’ve had some amazing staff over the years. Some have gone on to have successful careers in the fitness industry, others on tv. Michelle Bridges taught classes at Hotbodz, and so did former NRL player Luke Milton. Luke has moved to the U.S. and is based in L.A. where he owns his own gym chain called Training Mate. However Luke is better known for his role in the show ‘Revenge Body’ where he trains Khloe Kardashian. Whenever he’s home he always stops in to visit.
