23.01.2022 Hello! I'm Jess and I'm the new Manager here at Hotel Carrington. I am super happy to be running this brand new venue. I will make this hotel the friendliest hotel in the Valley. I look forward to meeting you all and welcoming new faces to the Valley's newest local. Where do I come from? For the last two years I managed our sister venue, The Montague Hotel in West End. Both hotels are 100% independent and Aussie owned. My whole career has been in hospitality, from nig...htclubs to RSL's, bars, restaurants, and gaming. In my spare time I play Women's Premier League Football and I pretty much love all sport! Most of the main sporting events will be showing on our massive screen. We have started off the year with a bunch of foodie specials that will have you saving $$'s when you dine in. We're excited that Montana Art Project are doing Paint Pouring Parties here that will bring out your inner artist. We're putting on some extra special events, so keep your eye out! My new team are all aligned with my passion to have a friendly, fun vibe and our kitchen team will be delivering excellent pub food. Feel free to make Hotel Carrington your lounge room in the Valley when you need to get out of the office, or to stop by on a night out. 06.01.2022 Hot tip guys What is the best tonic for your Gin and Tonic? I prefer the tonic water sold in the smaller, single-serving bottles. The tonic will be fresh and you wont lose any fizz. A lot of people swear by Schweppes. ... For a lower calorie cocktail, you can use light tonic. Light tonic doesnt have as much flavor as regular, but it does help to lower the calories.
