07.01.2022 Massive shout out to our Agency Chef James who not only held the fort whilst we saught a new Chef but made his own unique imprint on Lamartine and took dishes (and our dance moves!!) to a new level. It's been a blast - we'll miss you loads! Good luck on your next adventure! And we welcome Chef Sam (that's not going to he confusing at all!!) who brings tons of experience and fresh ideas. He's pumped and we can't wait to show off his talent and energy!
