04.01.2022 The Federal Government has just announced that the HomeBuilder Grant has been EXTENDED! The grant has been extended to March 31, 2021, and eligible applicants who sign a contract between January and March of next year will receive $15,000 towards building their new home. Approved applicants who signed contracts on or after June 4, 2020 have also had their construction start time extended from three months to six months.
