25.01.2022 These lovely HotPeaches tossed the coin and it landed on Bootcamp today. Amazing effort ladies. The hardest part is turning up and they both did and smashed it. Set up for a great weekend now. Next Bootcamp/ Metafit will be the 26th September as I’m off the following week.

23.01.2022 This is a question I get asked a lot! The average woman only eats about 20-50g of protein a day. Protein and fats are your most important macronutrient. Your protein target should be between 1.6 - 2.2g X your body weight, depending on your goals. Hit your protein target each day then fats then carbs in order of importance.

If you have a sweet tooth, this will tick all your boxes and it’s only 122 calories. 50g Peters light and creamy classic vanilla ice cream 125g Aeroplane jelly light Jelly ... 100g fresh strawberries 20ml Natvia No sugar added Salted caramel Sauce It doesn’t look pretty but it tastes delicious and there is lots of it! 122 calories for a full bowl of goodness or 3 measly pieces of chocolate for 133 calories? 22.01.2022 My goal has been set for 2021! Competiting in Season B. Bought the shoes so there is no backing out. What are your goals for 2021? ... 21.01.2022 Welcome back obliques and abs, it’s been a while!!! We all have abs, we just have a little fluff on top of them so we can’t see the definition. Dropping body fat from being consistent with diet and training will reveal your hidden muscles. Abs are made in the kitchen! 11.01.2022 No Ham Curl machine , no problem!! You can work your hamstrings and glutes with no fancy machines. At home with a fit ball/ Swiss ball , you can burn your hamstrings! Set up is arranging the heel of your feet on the top of your ball/fit ball,extend your legs fully , Raise your bum as far up as you can go to the top and squeeze. Now pull your feet towards your bottom- that is still raised. When the ball is close to your bum, slowly extend your feet away from your body for a count of 3-2-1 Well done, you’ve done 1 Ham curl. It’s hard and it hurts but so good! Do 30 X 3 sets!

10.01.2022 Just letting my HotPeaches know that I will be taking some leave to be with my kids during the school holidays..This will be from Wednesday 30th September , back on Tuesday 6th October. Please chat to me at your next sessions about where we can make up those sessions. I won’t be dropping and picking up for the school run for the first week and a bit, so I will have more times available.

06.01.2022 No Metafit this weekend but it will be on 19th Sep at 8am. I’m thinking of breaking up Metafit with a Bootcamp session. So 1 fortnight will be Metafit and the next fortnight will be bootcamp. Cost will still be $10pp at 8am . Please comment below if you are wanting something like this.

05.01.2022 These 2 are the perfect combo for each other for getting through their workouts. 3 early mornings a week when it’s dark and cold and they still encourage each other and push hard and always turn up. Results come when you put the work in, be patient and consistent.

04.01.2022 How do you prioritise your training? It’s hard if your a mum, wife, business owner, shift worker, on holidays, work behind a desk all day, it’s hard for everyone but if you have a plan in place and goals, you can get it done. It’s so important to make that time for you. Whether it’s a walk, strength training, cardio, PT session, Zumba, yoga, any sort of movement for you, 30-60 mins of your day for you! Typically Sunday is my rest day but I missed a training session this ...week so I had to get it done. I do NOT like working out on Sundays but I pushed through that mental barrier and got that last training session in and I feel so much better for it although my face tells another story! Make that time for you! See more

02.01.2022 Boxing is great for not only fitness but also training both sides of the brain and also crossing your transverse plane- enabling you to REALLY think. Combo drills do this and both boxer and pad holder are engaged and ready. If you don’t have a pad holder at home, I will be posting 30 min videos of shadow boxing that you can get done at home and torch calories in your own home. Keep posted.
