22.01.2022 VOGUE COURSE TRANSFORMATIONS Last Saturday was the first "Make Up" trial day for our gorgeous young ladies attending our VOGUE Course. Their transformations were beautiful - but of course it is very easy when you have such stunning canvas to begin with! Meet Kristyn (13) and Olivia (16) - two of the sweetest girls I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Two VERY Classy ladies - absolutely stunning - beautiful both inside and out!

I would like to officially announce the the 2020 HOTSHOTS PERFORMANCE DANCE TEAM SHOWCASE due to be performed 12th Dec 2020 will be..........Christmas at Hogwarts a story of a journey through the land "Over the Rainbow" and Colours of the World a tribute to dance from around the world. Common theme : Rainbow...... it has been beautiful to see the children of the world, our next generation, spreading their message of love to all through their "Rainbow" artistic expressions through some of our darkest days.....Seems there is a sense of hope after all....even gives one a sense of PRIDE!

12.01.2022 Good Evening Everyone, I thought with Daniel Andrews discussions on COVID Restriction End in a distant future...I should start to prepare for the end of our Solely Virtual Studio and look at blending back our Studio Hours.... Since our COVID CLOSURE, we now have many positive changes and that includes the tremendous success of our ZOOM lessons and many more students enrolled. (I am still baffled why so many other local dance schools didn't offer the same???) We have powered t...hrough our Concert Choreography and the students technique has improved sooo much with the extra lessons! I have prepared a Timetable for TERM 3 which will blend some virtual elements and some face to face and you will notice many times have changed and been added. I will continue to offer all Ballet and Jazz students a ZOOM Tech lesson earlier in the week which they are welcome to join in with - complimentary for the rest of 2020 to say THANK YOU for all our parents and students whom have supported HOTSHOTS during such a challenging time. If they are attended well - and permitting with Charlie's health - happy to do more if needed. We are also very lucky to have students travelling over an hour to get to lessons from Robinvale, many siblings have also joined our lessons and I am also trying to prepare for our concert in December. The new Timetable will display many crossover times for lessons for Term 3 and this is intentional. This will allow various groups that are in similar items to be able to rehearse and prepare for our concert in December. By crossing over the lessons now - it saves weeks of EXTRA Concert rehearsals and "driving the taxi" for parents back and forth to the studio over the weekend. As we head into Term 4 - we will start to pull the show together and will have the ODD Special Rehearsal - but will keep you posted. As a young dancer, (many...many years ago.... these were sooooo much fun hanging out with the big kids and creating something magical together. Anyway - this is purely an indicator.....shout out if there are any major clashes and I will do my VERY best to accomodate EVERYONE - the beautiful of a BOUTIQUE SCHOOL! xx See more

Saturday night was texting with some friends of mine and I asked one of them if were possibly send a little inspirational video out to our Hotshot dancers...to cheer everyone up and keep inspired through this crazy time.....it just arrived.... Introducing to you all Miss Alexandra Carson, back up dancer to world famous JANET JACKSON. Alex has held a few dance workshops for us whilst at TLC and I would happily ask her to pop in and do the same for us now here at HOTSHOTS next time she is not touring and in the country. 04.01.2022 ***Little Team B showing off their AWESOME Hotshots Professional Jackets last night in a Promo Shoot with one of our VOGUE Models, Kristyn Alexander (also in Intermediate Jazz)! Fantastic class you guys! GREEK HALL IS CONFIRMED AS OUR HOTSHOTS HOME FOR 2021! If you are intending to enrol in 2021, I am absolutely thrilled! We have conquered one heck of a nasty year together and our dance family has only grown stronger. I have some exciting ideas and concepts for 2021 and canno...t wait to share them with you. Please organise your enrolment before the end of term so I can arrange class timetables for you nice and early. I know many of you juggle other activities - so the sooner I can collate the enrolments - the sooner we can all arrange our fresh 2021 lives! (Hopefully with faces again!) If you are not intending to return, I cannot thank you enough for your support through one of the most challenging years I think we will ever face. We will be sad to see you go - I understand kids want to try other things too. If you decide to return to dance at another time or have friends that are interested - I hope you will think of us fondly - you are always welcome to come home to Hotshots! Its been my utmost pleasure to do my very best for each and every single one of you this year and I hope you will enjoy the remainder of our year with our Christmas "Under the Stars" as a highlight. As far as I know, we are the only Dance School making an effort to hold a Concert for their students this and I think it is going to be a really special evening with Voice Activated offering a beautiful Christmas Carols Performance as the great Crescendo! Thank you SO MUCH to all those bus drivers and naggers getting their kids in the car off the couch to extra lessons to make this happen.
