21.01.2022 2019 Senior Presentation Awards
20.01.2022 The year: 2007 The club's consistency on the field continued and the juniors again leading the way with three league championships and two cup final victories. The senior men recorded the biggest win by a Hotspurs senior's side with an 18-0 thrashing of a young Benalla Rovers side.
18.01.2022 The year : 2009 We were struggling on field through this time but our juniors continued to do well. It didn't stop the awards coming though with Ryan Giles an equal winner of the AWFA Star Player award, Luke Drummond receiving the top goalkeeper award and Fiona Smith winning the women's goalkeeping award.... Darrel Mills announced his retirement after 453 games. And in other milestones, Giles passed 200 senior games and Luke Briggs 100 games.
18.01.2022 40 minutes to go, please vote for Hotspurs
17.01.2022 The year: 2008 The club remained the biggest in the AWFA with 14 teams. Again our junior teams brought home the trophies with the under 11s winning the league championship for the third consecutive year and the under 10s won the cup.... The Astor Hotel Motel become a sponsor, almost 30 years after first doing so. Robert Tuksar scored his 300th goal for the club and Ryan Giles, who won the club's star player, finished third in the AWFA award.
14.01.2022 The year: 2006 Hotspurs were very competitive on the field with 10 of our 11 teams reaching the cup semi-finals. But it was the juniors that brought home the spoils with the two under 9 teams faced off in the gala day final, the under 11s won the league-cup double.... And the milestones kept coming with Kel Davies playing his 400th senior game against St Patrick's, scoring from the penalty spot in the 6-0 victory.
12.01.2022 Unfortunately we didn't win but it was a great day at Aloysius park yesterday! Report from The Border Mail
12.01.2022 Congratulations to Robert Tuksar who will play his 454th game tomorrow, a new club record. http://www.bordermail.com.au//spurs-striker-to-reach-rec/

08.01.2022 The year: 2010 This was the year SSF officially started in the AWFA with the program a boom for our junior player numbers. And they continued to excel with the under 9s - coached by Jeff Ryan - winning the league and the gala day final.... Our present coach John Irvine took over the senior team this year with the team improving to finish sixth in the league before being knocked out in the first round of the finals.

03.01.2022 The year : 2011 The club had more than 250 registered players and the junior numbers were growing with the SSF format. Unfortunately, it wasn't a year for trophies with the senior team missing the finals for the first time since 1996.... One highlight of the year was senior women's goalkeeper Fiona Smith winning the AWFA goalkeeper's award for the fourth time. The other was our reserve women's team making the cup final which was played at Jelbart Park. Cheered on by a large Spurs crowd, the ladies played a great match but were defeated by Wangaratta 1-0.
03.01.2022 And the closes out the first 40 years of Albury Hotspurs. Last night's celebrations were a great success and it was great to see all members from across the years catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. Thanks to everyone who came, from across Australia to help us celebrate.... Don't forget, our celebrations continue down at the ground with the SSF kick off at 12.30pm!
03.01.2022 The year: 2012 The senior men's team had a flying start to the season winning the first six games. The side finished sixth in the league but was knocked out in the first round of the finals. Ryan Giles finished runner-up in the AWFA star player award but our goalkeepers had a clean sweep of the awards with Luke Drummond [senior men], Kate Elliot [senior women], Jono Corkett [reserve men] and Nathan Johns [thirds] all winning association goalkeeping awards.... Our under 11s were best performed team of the year, finishing 2nd in the league but were defeated by Wangaratta in the cup final.
