15.01.2022 If anyone is wondering why Jason Hoffman goes INSTANTLY RED when taste testing my super hot stuff while I video him, well take a little peak at what I add to my relish! Just a little green Thai chilli and red Thai chilli and I hadn’t even added the Habaneros ....YET!! That’s those sexy little sweethearts beside the pot! Lol They are clean ya bathroom and clear ya schedule dead serious little suckers! Third hottest chilli in the world (on the Scoville Scale) EveryBODY needs cleaning out........ just some get it more often than others !!! Lol but he’s a willing guinea pig ! Hahahahahahaha
10.01.2022 So Jason Hoffman had the excruciatingly painful task of trialling my pizzas that I’m thinking of selling at the Sunday Markets! With my NO CHILLI CAPSICUM RELISH as the pizza sauce and all the yummy pizza toppings.....onion,capsicum,chorizo,cherry tomato ! Then on some I’ve put garlic, lemongrass,curry leaves, shallots,basil from my garden, I even made the crispy dough too! They were pretty good I must say, Jason had 6 !!! Lol
04.01.2022 Sitting down to some crackers , cheese, mini Roma tomatoes and my NEW MANGO PEAR CHILLI CAPSICUM APPLE & ONION CHUTNEY! This one only has 1 chilli in it so even I can enjoy this one....... OMG it will be lucky if any of it makes it to the Markets!!
