19.01.2022 Pay it Forwards aka FREE PIZZA! HI FRIENDS It is a strange time we are living through. This pandemic has derailed many of our lives. With every day that passes I look at my life and my situation and as much as I have uncertainty about what is to come and about the future of my studio (those who know me will understand) I also have the great fortune to have a food business that has not had to close, nor have I had the need to let my staff go. ... Many of my friends are not so lucky. All around me I see people who are worried about whether the government help will be available before their rent is due and others who won't be getting help at all. I want to offer a free pizza to all my friends who lost their jobs or their businesses overnight. BUT I know you wont accept it, I know if I put the offer out you won't claim it. I know you: you are strong, you are proud, you remember that actually you are doing OK compared to people in the third world, you are worried about the effect it might have on my income, you are selfless, you are kind. SO I want you to give this to someone you know. Someone (in Cairns) who has lost a job, who needs a little gesture to cheer them up, someone you care about. Send me a message with the name of your friend or friends and I will message you back with a voucher for them. AND I want you to share this post, too. I'll introduce you to the new team soon but for now I just wanted you to know that we want to keep serving you the best pizza ... Howie spent quite some time training us and is now enjoying a well earned retirement!
