23.01.2022 A massive thanks to everyone who visited over the weekend! And for the warm welcome to town. It’s great to be here, and to be open at last. It’s been a journey with a few twists and turns, not least of all the various impacts of Covid-19. It’s an interesting year to open a business. A special thank you must go to Malcolm and Lynda Collier for their support and understanding throughout the year. Likewise, to Annaliese and Michelle at Colliers Crystals for their patience, good...will and operating as our de facto delivery depot. Thank you also to our chef Zac for his delicious food and putting in the hard yards to get us over the line to open with a breakfast and lunch menu we’re proud to serve. A big thanks also to Lyndall and Hillier at Cliffview Orchard (@cliff_view_orchard) for growing the freshest and tastiest produce around to put on your plates, and to Jenny Ward at BespokeBlooms for creating some beautiful arrangements to put on our tables. To answer some frequently asked questions. Yes, we will be expanding our trading hours and trading 7 days, once we have ironed out our systems and put the right team together. Yes, there are more seats than people allowed in the café at the moment. This is to enable us to rotate tables and thoroughly clean between guests. This is not ideal for anyone and we appreciate your patience. Yes, you will be able to make a booking. We are looking at systems now and will put this into effect shortly. The best way to contact us at the moment is through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or email, ([email protected]). We aim to be as responsive as possible. Lastly, a big thank you to our families and partners for their rock-solid support in all sorts of ways, and to the Blue Mountains community at large.
