I’m going out for drinks with the girls and hopefully hit the dance floor I know what you’re thinking...’but that’s not healthy!?!’ Yep, my body is going to have a sh*t load of toxins to process on Sunday...but do you know what? It’s healthy for my mind and soul they crave for me to let loose, not too often, just every now and then. ... My mind needs this break from constant busyness. My soul needs this carefree time with my dearest girls Don’t worry, I’ve prepped my body for the onslaught that is to come plus I have lemon water and beetroot juice next to my bed for when I get home So what are you doing for self care this weekend? 14.01.2022 This week we said goodbye to our dear friend and colleague Pauline as she sets off on her new adventure providing her amazing treatments as well as teaching yoga what a beautiful time we’ve had together studying and opening our very own clinic.
