I’m going out for drinks with the girls and hopefully hit the dance floor I know what you’re thinking...’but that’s not healthy!?!’ Yep, my body is going to have a sh*t load of toxins to process on Sunday...but do you know what? It’s healthy for my mind and soul they crave for me to let loose, not too often, just every now and then. ... My mind needs this break from constant busyness. 14.01.2022 This week we said goodbye to our dear friend and colleague Pauline as she sets off on her new adventure providing her amazing treatments as well as teaching yoga what a beautiful time we’ve had together studying and opening our very own clinic.
