19.01.2022 Good morning. Such a gorgeous sunrise, makes my gratitude walk , with Bailey the Cocker Spaniel, so heart warming. I used to wake up at 4.30 and spend an hour until 6am writing in my journal, thoughts, at least 10 things I am grateful for and meditating. Now I spend that time walking along the foreshore , still doing a walking meditation and reflecting on my mental gratitude list. Still keeps the vibration high plus I’m getting a good dose of vitamin D. Have a glorious weekend Pam

15.01.2022 Bailey (5mth old Cocker) and I have some lovely beach walks over the past few days , me collecting interesting shells and Bailey sniffing everything in sight not to mention doing bunny hops when the water dared to lap at his feet. I normally create crystal grids but this morning was inspired to access shell medicine and wisdom. No coincidence at all that today is the full moon as the moons influence on the ocean means the shells also hold the energy of the moon.

05.01.2022 What is your favourite crystal? Mine would have to be Clear Quartz The stone of Purification Did you know our beautiful planet, Gaia/Earth, is made up of 85% quartz?... Quartz amplifies, transmits and transmutes, and retains energy. Imagine Quartz as a battery charger, constantly working away to charge and energise your auric field.
