Just a few of the recent reviews from my clients to remind me that just because it's so busy right now, that I STILL manage to maintain my process, and high levels of professionalism. One thing I have always stuck to, is that even though I help hundreds of clients, for each one of them, it is often their very first (and sometimes their only) time building a new home - So I treat every client with the care, respect and attention/time that they need, to fe...el confident and prepared to go on this epic (but bloody scary!) journey of building a home! So far, I have managed to get ALL but 3 of my clients their Build Contracts (required by Dec 31st for the building grants) - and the last 2 only signed up a week ago, and I'll have them all by mid-Dec. The property market is about to go through it's next growth cycle in WA. Even if you missed the big grants, there's still plenty of $$$ on the table in 2021. This will see a surge in demand in the surrounding areas - and along with the other planned infrastructure projects: Metronet Train Line Mitchell Fwy extensions Yanchep rejuvenation and development... The future is looking bright for those still very affordable suburbs in the North; Alkimos, Eglinton, Yanchep & Two-Rocks. I have some great packages still available in those suburbs - some for UNDER $300k (pm for more info) Most builders have closed their doors for the year - and many can no longer meet the timeframes for the Building Grants... For a lucky few - I can still deliver!! Things are zooming along at Super-speed, and he is about to secure his $55k in grants!

05.01.2022 This is just one of the symptoms of a boom, when many buyers enter the market quickly and at the same time... Once the brickies have built the bulk of these homes and their work levels out, so will their rates (classic supply vs demand economics)... however, what comes next?? The next stages are roof carpenters and plasterers (or gyprock fixers).... those trade rates will go up too... then tilers... etc you get the picture.... In fairness to the tradies they’ve been w...orking at low rates for years during the down markets, (even though this is now an over-correction) but with the current established home market also being ridiculous to get into now, it’s only going to get worse.... If you can still get into the market now.... you should. Even though prices are up from last year, they needed to be, and you can still benefit from the next couple years of growth.... Just my two cents....

04.01.2022 ALL of my clients contracts have now been signed - and just in time for them to now chill and enjoy their Xmas break knowing their future home is secured! Grant applications underway before the anticipated rush between Xmas and New Year when a bulk of applications are expected to be lodged. This news eases that pressure for those people out there still waiting for contracts, so is definitely welcome! 01.01.2022 Yaaaaaassss!! Awesome update for the North-East Corridor! Along with Northlink Tonkin Hwy project, the N-East corridor is massively more connected and travel times drastically reduced.... Ive personally been able to drive door-to-door from Maylands to Ellenbrook in 23mins!
