24.01.2022 Who needs help with the mundene jobs of cleaning around your home because youve been meaning to do it but it just gets taken over by your other responsibilies???? As i purely focus on this because with my work, i do my best and most thorough job i can do every time. I maintain your silver, leather wood, i dust and disenfectant, i do windows, i make beds with freshly washed linen, i do the toilets til theyte shining and the bathrooms til they're crisp with freshness and they ...are sparkling. I cover the lounges by dusting and and take care of the furnishings depending on what they are made of. I scrub the kitchen til it is organised apropriately and clean right through. I then vacuum and mop using a disinfectant and spray and lastly spray glen 20 disinfectant spray on all handles. I enjoy my work and love helping those who cant afford a regular cleaner and still do the best clean possible. My rates are $50 for the first two hours in total, and $15 / hour thereafter. So 3 hours is $65, and 4 hours is $80 and 5 hours all up. I use all my chemicals so you are also saving there. I offer you my references as i have aprorx 10 customers whom have stayed connected with Freshomes fpr with respect, honesty and yrust given both ways. It is a great trust in welcoming me into your home and maybe yoir family home so therefore i ask yiu to please take a copy of my licence. 24.01.2022 I am here for you and to help you with cleaning your home spotless and so thorough there is nothing else i could possibly do. I appreciate the trust in you inviting me into your homes and with my reliability and promptmess i wont let you down. I enjoy the good feeling i can especially offer new parents, sole parents, working people, the elderly and anyone else who finds the mundane but rewarding jobs of having your home as clean as it can be. I have had women in tears wantin...g and needing the help that I can offer at the most affordable rate you can possibly have. I know how hard it can be balancing all responsibilities as a worker and as a single parent so i am here to help you. I catch public transport to every job and havnt had any problems as yet. I find it more reliable for me to come to your place on time. However because of this i require to borrow your vacuum and a mop. I bring all chemicals including wood polishers, leather sprays, and stainless steel cleeners. I also supply many different cloths in various colours for every section of your home. In a general clean of a small home or a unit i take approx 2 hours for a general clean. For larger houses it can take 3-5 hours for a general clean. A general clean involves bathrooms showers, baths, basins and toilets. Also changing bedding if you leave out and to put a load in the washing machine if you would like this, i clean kitchens by cleaning the outside of fridges, ovens, microwaves, i do the dishes wipe the cupboards and clean toasters , i also dust and wipe all surfaces of the house. I treat and clean any furniture with appropriate chemicals or if prefered with just water or the biodegradable product called Koh which does not leave any residue. I clean windows, snd i take the rubbish out. I vacuum and mop and clean all skirting boards, dust tops of doors and fans and light fittings,.i take pride in every job i do. My costs are $50 for the furst 2 hours, then ONLY $15 per hour after that. For instance $65 for 3hrs or $80 for 4hrs. 17.01.2022 Hello to all those who are not able to get to a full general clean with so many other priority responsibilities taking up your valuable time. I am here to help those who are mums, single parents, mums going back to work, people with pets and you just can't get to the vacuuming, working people..... ......well my priority is to thoroughly clean your home on a regular routine and be extremely reliable and prompt because the last thing you need is to be stuffed around by a non r...eliable cleaner. This is why I take my job very seriously in helping people that need it more than want a cleaner. I have the most affordable rates that you won't find.anywhere else. I charge $60 for the first 2 hours and $15 per hour thereafte. Therefore for 3hours it costs only $65! And 4hours $80. I can take more time with your first two cleans however I will be more efficient once I'm in a routine in your home. I am responsible and trusting for you to leave me in your home whilst you need to go out which I have a few clients who prefer that and come home to a beautiful refreshing odour and sparkling everywhere with no dust anywhere and also organised in a practical and clean way. My duties with a full clean are; Dusting all surfaces and above doorways and wipe walls of marks, use wood cleaner and polisher on all your wooden furniture and floors, wipe the dirt off and spray your leather furniture with leather care that will prolong your leather, clean all stainless steel with the appropriate stainless steel cleaner which protects from water damage, a full bathroom clean showers and toilets and baths are my specialty leaving it sparkling & fresh, make beds with linen left on bed or make them, clean mirrors, windows, skirting boards and disenfect all areas free of germs. Also vacuum and mop which I need to use yours as I travel by public transport. However I do use all my own cleaning chemicals for all different surfaces. 04.01.2022 After another Christmas, you're exhausted and I want to be helpful with your home to be cleaned. At this stage in the year you maybe decided to treat yourself in routine cleans or maybe weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Either or here I am. And at the right price too!!! You won't better affordadable rates anywhere else. My prices are outstanding and lower than any other cleaner would be. The first 2 hours are $50 then my hours are ONLY $15 per hour. Therefore 3x hours =$60 and... 4 hours = $80. For a large hours it usually takes me 4-5 hours especially once I get into a rhythm in your home however I will get my time lower over about an hour extra hopefully can get taken down. I usually can tell on my first clean. With Christmas hours I can get your Christmas cleaning done on the same hours I set for a general clean. A general clean includes bedrooms; change bed linen, surface cleaning, window sills and with windows as well, vacuum / & vacuum. Bathrooms always done thoroughly. Scrub shower with appropriate chemical as the one doesn't do all, window of shower, bath, surfaces and sink and mirrors and surrounding walls. Kitchen, wash any dishes or stack any in dishwasher, clean stove top usually with the silver top it comes up shining, window sills etc. lounge room treat leather couches with leather treatment and all wooden furniture with wood polish and cleaner. Vacuum couch if need be, windows and skirting boards. I find these duties clean a whole area in any home. I also have a green thumb aswell, studying Horticulture or also working as team leader looking after staff telling them the role of turning over a whole acre property of just vegetables and fruit. So I have a little knowledge along the way but I would definately if you rung me to help with you garden needs. I appreciate a person who has worked hard for their things in their home and they should be enjoyed and feel and smell fresh! As my title Freshomes! My duties can include; I will do your kitchen surfaces and items and can include your refridgerator and clean your oven! I will sanitise, disenfect and make your bathroom sparkle and with ...a fresh clean aroma! I will pick up all washing in the kids rooms and reorganise there things and even do your washing! I like to change the linen on your bed and do a linen, tea towel and towel wash (as often as im there) while cleaning so that in the end, your home is completely ready for your comfort. I dust furniture but also polish timber, uphold the quality of your leather furniture, sofas, seats and such with leather treatment. I even shine your silver! I also mop and vacuum your floors. I can also do your windows if you wish. ALL this while only costing $50 for the first 2 hours inclusive and ONLY $15/hour thereafter. Therefore 3 hours is only $65 4 hours is only $80 And 5 hours is only $100. I do take my time making sure i have everything expected done as efficient as possible. However, i will say i may take more time as i am so particular and caring and thorough. I dont like leaving anything left undone and will go above and beyond at all times. I can change any duties for your personal preference. I also iron for $20 per basket or have my horticulture experience and certificate and can even do some home maintenance! I am honest and trusting, hard working with strong ethics such as mobile phones are not to be used while working. I have a 5min break when i need to clear my mind or if i work 3-5hours i may take a 10-15min lunch break. I am prompt, i am reliable and punctual and can work well with you or independantly. I bring all my own chemicals in which i add essential oils such as lavender, eucalytus and peppermint for a fresh, clean aroma!
