16.01.2022 At The House we take up to 15 minutes per session to ensure our athletes' bodies are warmed up and prepared for the workout. The goal of a general warm up is to warm the joints and body, prevent injury, and prepare the body for exercise, however we take things one step further. We use this time to focus and dedicate development of basic human movement patterns, more specifically, practicing the exact techniques that we will be performing under load during the workout.

You will often see her performing extras before and after class. Kara is currently working on her gymnastics and handstands, day in and day out, to finally achieve her goal of a saddle strap.
