Hi ladies, it’s Hanna here, and I personally got these sandals last month because I had been getting serious pains in my feet, up my legs and on my lower back...and I am so relived that these pains are now gone! Evidently I was needing more arch support than I was getting from my Birkenstocks since my feet do roll inwards at my arches when I stand without shoes - this is called over pronation.
