23.01.2022 There is nothing better then having a great team of practitioners around me to support me naturally! The body knows what to do to heal itself! Listen and act! Us healers also need healing. we are great at holding space for others , yet sometimes forget about us! It’s true!!!!!! With my own health issues this year I have put my health first and listened to my intuition and asked my guides to send me the right people to help me with the process! And wow did they listen!! ... Kinesiologists, applied kinesiology/chiro, and naturopath! Such a great nurturing combo! The key is to listen, do what’s right for you, take the holistic approach! What’s right for others may not be right for you!!! Always go within (soul) and ask. 22.01.2022 I am safe I am secure I am grounded I try not to give energy to the C virus! Yet there is a theme to what I’m seeing in my space right now! ... Uncertainty, ungrounded, disconnection, confusion, supported etc around finances, relationships, career and self! Lots of energy held in the base and earth chakras!!! Confusion around direction, life path and decisions to be made! THIS IS OK!!! There is lots of life transitions going on for many! This time has forced us to re-evaluate and re-direct in one or many aspects of life! Take some time out just for you!! Sit, breathe and be present! (Preferably in nature)!
