22.01.2022 In case no one told you today . One of my EAs stopped me after class today to commend me on my teaching. She explained the way I deliver my lessons, the resources I make & the climate I create in the classroom helps my students so much. I honestly had a tear in my eye. We are so hard on ourselves & criticize so quickly. I had actually forgotten that maybe I am doing a great job ... . . So here’s you’re little reminder that you’re doing great. You are enough. 06.01.2022 I forgot to post this in the first week of school but this awesome poster set by the @giftedandtalentedteacher was awesome to set our class expectations for the year . My teaching style doesn’t lend itself to harsh punishments or strict lessons but it perfectly aligns with Sarah’s focus on these posters . .... Thank you for sharing this lesson idea!
