09.01.2022 As a busy race, we have forgotten what it means to really drop in and be a WOMAN. What does it mean to be a woman? From the way we breath, see, feel and touch fabrics, food, oils, creams, daily cleansing rituals, beauty rituals.... Where have they gone? These parts of us that make us the woman that we are? I have witnessed the decay of the ritual of maintaining the essence of what it is to be a woman. Where it is projected onto fashion and other out worldly expectations, but not that of honouring our true essence. That of just taking the time to witness and spend a moment with ourselves in the morning and in the evening honouring our being. Honouring the Temple in which we live. It takes a moment to bring your woman back to life. A moment each day. All it maybe is a moment moisturising your body after your shower. Taking a moment to witness your skin and give it the love that it deserves to be felt in your day. Take a moment each day and honor your woman. Witness this love permeate through your day and through your pores to all that you meet. Touching yourself is also touching another sister in reminding her that being a woman is worth taking the time for. If you won't honor your woman, who will?
