14.01.2022 Treating Coronavirus in a Chinese hospital with a Moxa Roll - moxa is very effective at helping the immune system.

14.01.2022 Some people have asked me about applying rice grain moxa to Stomach 36 (zusanli or ashi no san ri) to help strengthen vital qi amongst other benefits. This is a good video made by my friends and colleagues Michael Warren and Jan Pardy (Woodcock). If you arent confident to practice rice grain (gold) moxa techniques on yourself or others, a moxa stick or roll can be a good alternative, though that would probably not be as effective as rice grain done by a skilled practitioner. Moxa can cause burns so please be careful (and the creators of this video or myself cannot be responsible for any injuries caused, nor can this post or video be used as medical advice or diagnosis).
