The clear message today was that its ok to not be ok. My response a hearty fucking oath! When the heck did society come to the conclusion we all have to be ok all the time? When will mental health concerns not be such a taboo subject? Why is it so hard to talk about how prevalent this is becoming in our society. Last year when I ...finally admitted to myself and my family I was suffering from postnatal depression and anxiety it was probably one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.
