The Kansas City Championship is a cracker of a rub that is loved by all. It’s one of our go to rubs. With this back on the shelves at #HOSAF, it’s going to be a #smokeshow. Take a few chicken thigh fillets from @heritage.country.meats.1908, dust them lovingly with a bit of @sweetswineofmine Lambert Sweet Rub OMine and place on the @weberbbqausnz #Smokefire set to 230C. Grill till gorgeous with an internal temp of 74C, rest for one min, slice and then devour said chicken as if this is your last meal. This is the #HOSAF way! What a #smokeshow
