19.01.2022 For all our gym users, No need to stress! Normal class time as scheduled. As PER USUAL Hygiene in the gym is a priority, wash your hands. The gym equipment is disinfected and is cleaned daily. As PER USUAL If you are sick or have cold or flu symptoms stay home as always until your better. 16.01.2022 Today we had our Boxing fundraiser for the Thompson family with plenty braving the cold windy conditions for a great cause!!!! Never have I been so proud of our team even in tough times with some losing their jobs, having reduced hours and an uncertain future they donated generously with the thoughts of the Thompson first and foremost. Reaping the rewards of hard work, they displayed skill, courage and great sportsmanship to proudly represent the gym and themselves. 2020 promises to be a big year with the start of the masters and development squad along with the introduction of the mentor program making the younger members of the gym accountable not only in the gym but in throughout all aspect of their life. 01.01.2022 We couldnt be more excited to open our doors again on June 22nd. Sessions will be restricted to 20 people so members will have to pre book there spot. There are a few rules that you need to keep in mind when entering the gym: ... 1) If you feel sick - STAY HOME!!! Seek medical advice. 2). You need to bring your OWN gloves, towel and wraps! Used gloves will not be provided under any circumstances. You can buy gloves from us in the gym you will need to pay upfront and they will be ordered. 3) Up upon arrival you need to sign in with your name and phone number at reception. 4) Wipes and hand sanitiser will be provided, speak to our trainers. We will assist in maintaining COVID 19 requirements. Our Timetable will be coming out later today !!!
