02.01.2022 OH LORDY how is it Thursday already?!! We are pretty dang excited here (like always) at the House Yesterday we hit 10,000 likes on our Facebook Page + we are heading towards 20,000 orders. So out came the tequila.... Except I got shut down at the liquor store. MY WORST NIGHTMARE. So Fon (our shipping Ninja) and I head over there all pumped up. And the lady asks me for ID. I AM PUMPED give I just turned 39. Then she asked Fon (who is 23). Fon didn’t have her ID on her so NO TEQUILA. WHATTTTTT. I was so confused. I said to her searching for ways in my head to buy said Tequila Well ..If I come back without Fon can I get my tequila??? PLEAAAASEEEE??? NOPE. Shut DOWN. And all that asking me for ID wasn’t because of me, right? I mean, yes, I get told I look like Im in my twenties all the time (that’s when I tell people I run an anti-aging skin care co + more) but I definitely DO NOT look 18, or 17 for that matter. My daughter said to me this morning that she loves the white and brown colors in my hair. LOL. Dang. I was trying to pretend that nobody could see that I hadn’t been to the hairdresser in months. But alass. I have been using the brown hair spray and squinting when I look in the mirror. I have to face my own hair truth. It’s funny isn’t, how we always put ourselves last, and put off the very things that we should be doing for ourselves. For me, it was definitely my skin.
