23.01.2022 We do agree that many people are abandoning singular inner suburb rental and opting for the outter suburbs. It does push the rent up however this has not been consistent. We find outer suburbs have a different and much larger structure to accommodate shared co-living. Which means individual rents are reduced versus to renting a one bedroom apartment.
