19.01.2022 Bullying is never ok! We had the absolutely pleasure of having this gorgeous little princess in our shop yesterday who fell victim to 3 bullies who decided to cut off one of her ponytails. She had wanted to donate her hair but that dream was taken away from her. Heartbreaking. We wanted to show her the love, show her that she is gorgeous inside and out and she doesn’t deserve this horrible treatment. ... It’s 2020 people this shouldn’t be happening we all need to take a stand and it starts with us. At Houston and co client satisfaction is super important to us and we hope we have succeed in providing this with excellent customer service and products. As we near the end of financial year and come closer to our first year in business we have made a few adjustments to our pricing structure which will take effect 1st of July. The new price list reflects the increase in staff wages, trai...ning and implementing a new walk in system which, will allow us to get back to our much loved walk in appointments whilst still adhering to current government regulations. Along with our pricing restructure will will also be introducing some great loyalty programs and competitions.
