08.01.2022 Beautiful Valley vineyard at Charleston. Great morning to be laying down new Pinot and reworked Chardonnay vines.

05.01.2022 2018 Amos Chardonnay 2018 was a warmer, dry and low yielding vintage. Hand picked fruit from our Charleston Vineyard which sits at almost 500m in altitude in the beautiful @adelaidehillswine ... Planted in 1997. Whole bunch fermented, free run juice only goes directly in fine French oak. Naturally fermented, natural malo lactic ferment. The wine is then barrel aged for 12 months and bottled aged for a further 6 before release. Citrus, peach and white blossoms, rich and textured with great natural acidity. Enjoy @wise_gnome
