15.01.2022 HOWE AUTOMOTIVE COVID-19 STATEMENT Here’s how we are handling the COVID-19 situation: We are open in the workshop/ office as per usual and are continuing to provide all our normal workshop services.... We take the health and safety of our customers and employees very serious and will follow the recommendations and guide lines from the authorities on COVID-19. We want to ensure our employees have a safe workplace and at the same time ensure you as a customer have safe contact with us. With this, our employees are instructed to use new gloves in each case of handling customers cars. It may be difficult for us to offer personal advice directly out of the workshop as we normally would do, but would always be available via telephone and email to help answer any questions as if were dealing with you in person. We will endeavour to keep a reasonable physical distance from each other internally and also with our customers. Handling your car within the workshop: To minimize any risk, all employees are instructed to use gloves in all customers car handling. We will continue to follow advice of the Hepburn shire and other authorities to minimize any risk of infection.
