24.01.2022 Consider yourself a bit of a trivia nut? Want to contribute to a cause that assists Gippslanders impacted directly by the fires? Or just want to have the chance to win some super cool prizes?... Well, we have the night out for you! The Elwood Lounge is generously hosting a trivia night extravaganza on Saturday the 1st of February, with 100% of proceeds from ticket sales to be donated to the Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund (GERF) who provide immediate short-term funds directly to Gippslanders impacted by the bushfire. Your $25 PP entry to the trivia comp gets you a shot of the notorious 'Soggy Moggy' on arrival and finger food throughout the night. Your Quiz Master will take you and your table on a journey through multiple rounds of exciting trivia questions from general knowledge to music rounds, with a range of great prizes up for grabs! For our non-trivia nuts, there will also be a variety of fun mini games throughout the night as well as live auctioning off of some generously donated items from the community. There will also be a jam session with local artists after the trivia madness wraps up. Tickets will be on sale early this week. 01.01.2022 What a night! Thank you to everyone that came down on Saturday night for a fun and successful evening It surpassed anything we could have imagined. ... Seeing everyone get together and support the GERF was amazing and we can’t thank you for your support enough. Counting the ticket sales, T-shirt sales, raffles, Koala competition, and auction sales on the night, you generous humans helped us raise over $4.5k for the GERF! As we collect the ticket sales from the online vendor and final auction items we will update you with a final donation amount for the event ASAP. A huge thank you to all the businesses and people that donated prizes, and a massive thanks to everyone at The Elwood Lounge that made this possible!
