20.01.2022 HMM....new cornice would finish the kitchen off! At the tail end of a kitchen renovation we were called to re-fix some skirting and put up new cornice to enable the ceilings to be painted by the customer. Please feel free to contact us with any job that makes you go...HMM.

16.01.2022 No job is too small. When the message arrived asking for someone to put up a dryer and attach a hose reel we jumped at the chance to assist. Many of our customers comment that their job is very small or not enough for a handyman to worry about. If the job has to be completed, it is important and must be done. 13.01.2022 We are honoured to be trusted with the renovation of an old cottage. The work includes stripping out the heavy timber shelving throughout, redoing the front verandah, complete preparation, adding some decorative timber trims and completely repainting the inside. This home has been well loved and heavily personalised over the years and now the new owners want to add their own style. The transformation will be incredible and I am very excited to see the end result.

11.01.2022 Can you replace my front and back doors? Was the request from this customer. Presented also with many different latch holes from previous front screen doors. I hung the two doors and patched the holes, now ready for paint by the homeowner. New doors look great, adding a modern look and heaps of light to the previously dark entrances.

09.01.2022 After a busy few days the strip out is complete and paint preparation is well underway. Old homes can bring all sorts of challenges with flaking paint and brittle sections of plaster on the walls and ceiling. Fortunately we are experienced with these obstacles and will take the extra time to get the prep right. Chair rails have been added to selected areas and the transformation has begun.

07.01.2022 HMM....a garden would look good out the front. A great way to improve the street appeal of any property is to add a garden bed. Removing and disposing of the grass, adding some edging and turning new garden mix through the clay base has this new garden bed ready for the customer to add their personal touch. We will return in a couple of weeks, for a regular mow and poison any remaining weeds, just in time for spring planting. Once planted out by the customer we will add some mulch, on another regular mowing visit, to finish off.

05.01.2022 HMM...garden seems a bit overgrown. This is a great example of a garden that made the customers go HMM, we don't have the time to tackle this. After calling us and discussing what is needed we put a plan in place to bring the yard back to its former brilliance, sarting with pruning the very overgrown roses and trees. Next visit will involve weeding and mowing, followed by spraying, to encourage the turf to take over from the weeds.
