23.01.2022 My website is up & running: howmuchcarbinthat.com.au Please check it out! The book is being printed and should be ready in August!

21.01.2022 Making final touches before it goes to print. Very exciting!!

15.01.2022 I am now working on the next volumes of the book to include baked goods (breads and sweet stuff) and mixed meals (lasagne, schnitzel etc). What foods do you find hard to estimate the carb content?

13.01.2022 Volume 1: Fruit & Starchy Vege- Ready for purchase! Please let me know if you are interested.

12.01.2022 Well it's been 12 months in the making but the latest version of How Much Carb In That? is almost printed! Hooray! There are 96 foods and meals shown in the book, which has been separated into three sections: - fruit and starchy vegetable - bread and baked goods - main meals and snacks... As in Volume One, actual-sized pictures of the foods have been used alongside the weight and approximate carbohydrate content of the item. The aim is to make carbohydrate estimation an easier process for anyone needing to know how much carbohydrate is in their food. Please share this post with anyone you know who would benefit from this resource, including Accredited Practising Dietitians you may know. See more

11.01.2022 The books have arrived from the printers and are ready for purchase! Check out my site: www.howmuchcarbinthat.com.au if you'd like to see sample pages or to buy a copy (or 2!).

06.01.2022 Today I'm at the Melbourne JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. For anyone keen to purchase my book online or directly from me this week, I will donate $5 to JDRF Australia (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) for their ongoing research efforts. (This offer ends Saturday 25th October).

01.01.2022 Not long to go until this book is available for purchase! I hope it is as helpful to people with diabetes, and their families, as I intend it to be.

01.01.2022 I went to beautiful Geelong on Sunday for the JDRF Walk for a Cure Fundraiser. It was a lovely day for 350-400 people to walk beside the water for a good cause - to raise money for research to cure and prevent Type 1 Diabetes. The Lions Clubs in Barwon South, Geelong and Torquay came together to put on the event, and invited me to show off my book. For those in Melbourne, come along to the Albert Park Lake this Sunday 19th October - starts at 10.30am. I'll be near Team Edie's marquee!
