23.01.2022 G'day you young things of any age - how are you doing? Putting on a wee bit of Covid-lock down 'conditioning'? Worn a little track to the fridge over the last few months? If you can feel air around your ankles (when you know you shouldn't) &/or your clothes are not fitting like they used to, you can pretend that the '$2-for-everything' dry-cleaners have shrunk them or, you can get REAL! If any of your clothes that are supposed to finish (and stay put) at the waist eg pants..., skirts etc yet now inch upwards when you sit down, it's time to take control of the input (food/drink) in relation to output (excursion, exercise, movement). As you already know, it's easy to put on and so much harder to take off excess weight. Write down 3-4 variations of tasty lean meals, go shop for the ingredients and together with 10,000 steps a day, you can be sure to feel so much more comfortable in your fav items of clothing within a month. And it's worth it to feel good and look good! :-)

17.01.2022 Hi you young things of any age.... I've been distracted doing things that one does when they are not 'doing 'old' :-) which explains why I have been absent from this page for some time. Just when I thought I'd run out of 'doing old' actions and behaviours etc - I thought this one was definitely worth mentioning. Talking too much! Especially about your early years. Or using too many words to express what you want to say (I can be a bit guilty of this one). Worse still, saying the same thing over, and then again just in case they didn't get it the first (or second) time. Just trust that they did :-D

15.01.2022 Hey youngsters of all ages - looks like the next step in this Corona world will require us to wear face masks. Well - there are basic masks, creative masks - and funny masks. But whatever you wear it's got to be effective. Grandma's suggestion is not effective haha
