24.01.2022 Fire kettle today to celebrate the end of a great term of outside learning. Fire by friction and hot chocolate! The best hot chocolate of my life! So nice to hear. I’ll take it!

23.01.2022 Helllloooooo long summer days! It’s that time of year again. Remember to put your clocks forward an hour tonight! Get prepared for a summer of evening games, walks, gardening, bbq-ing and general lazing-about (if you’re lucky!).

21.01.2022 Thank you for explaining this. I hadn’t found a way to stop this trend which only seemed to pick up in the last 2 years. You may not realise, but stacking stone...s in the bush can have damaging impacts on species habitat. Frogs and skinks rely on rocky habitats, and moving them around can cause harm. Consider the use of alternative balancing toys such as @himikuco and educate others of impacts. See more

11.01.2022 We’re very excited to present the Super Spring Holiday Program at TMAG next month! Running during the second week of the school holidays, from Tuesday 6 until F...riday 9 October, the program will offer a wide variety of ‘wild’ activities. Come along to explore our environment from the bush to Antarctica, and also enjoy kids’ film screenings, story time sessions and stop-motion animation workshops. All activities are free, and materials will be supplied. Sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and you can register on-site from 10:30 am each day. 07.01.2022 Science investigation in 5M. Trialling my spinning bridge. What will happen the cardboard will spin around for a boat to go under or a car over. It was supposed to be a drawbridge but the motor wasn’t strong enough so I changed it Mine’s a helicopter. The motor makes the propellor move. I will make a switch with paper clips and tape.
