Our services were used in Series 3, episode 7 (Wheelers Hill) of Love It Or List It in ...this way: Sam and Uttam have lived in their 1970s classic Wheelers Hill home for 11 years with their 2 children and desperately needed a change move or renovate! We removed some walls to create an open space, which made way for an entertainers kitchen and lounge/meals area with skylights to let in an abundance of natural light, replaced all windows and doors to aluminium commercial frame and installed European Oak Floors. The front lounge room was updated with new windows and sliding doors and we raised the floor up for better flow. Existing dining room was repurposed as a small bedroom with built in robe. Existing kitchen location repurposed as laundry with ample storage. Outside we built a decking with stainless wire balustrade and huge Merbau top cap to rest your favourite bev on whilst you take take advantage of the best aspect of the block, stacking sliding doors open wide to bring in the outdoors inside for the barmy months The bits you dont see on the box! Our services were used in Series 3, episode 9 (Essendon North) of Love It Or List It in this way: Anna and Antony are a couple who love to entertain but their ...little Art Deco style house wasn’t something they were proud to bring friends and family home to. Anna wanted to move and Antony wanted to stay - would they love it or list it? We created a large open plan living & dining area by removing the small office at the rear of the house and finally gave them the entertainers kitchen that they were longing for. Large sliding doors were installed to bring the outside in, complemented by skylights to let in natural light. The old laundry was converted into a 2nd bathroom with European laundry and Antony’s home office was moved to the front of the house. The spare bedroom was made larger and beautifully decorated for their overseas guests to enjoy.
