16.01.2022 This piston was out of a dr650 with 50,000km on it. Customer said the bike was using 100ml of oil per 100km but not blowing any smoke when i checked in the airbox it was full of oil . the bike was pushing the oil out of the crankcase into airbox. New piston and its up and running using no oil in the first 1500km after doing the top end.

11.01.2022 Had a fun job on the bench cbr gearbox custom had taken engine to a dealer to fix it . After more then 5 pull downs they said we do not know why its doing it and pushed him out the door but still charged him alot . The problem would have been fixed if some one had not lost one of the gear box washers. They ground the inside of another gearbox washer out to fix the shaft but as u can see it is .6mm thicker then the correct washer which rounded the gear off.

Was under the weather all weekend and had a bad case of the flu..., but my @wsbdistributors @yamahamotoraus Wr250f helped me take home the second position, with the bike running magical because of @hpfracingproducts . 01.01.2022 Years ago i would have just ordered new parts but now that you can not buy them. So you have to be able to work out how you can repair the part and what tools you will need to make to do the job. In this case re-sleeve the center bolt and making bigger pins to fix the oval-shaped pinholes some times it takes more time to work out how you are going to do the job
