To do these works safely they need to implement temporary turning bans at this intersection. Temporary turning bans at Hallam Road From Wednesday 27 February to end May 2019, we’re temporarily banning some turns at the Hallam Road and South Gippsland Highway intersection. During this time: vehicles won’t be able to enter onto South Gippsland Highway from Halla...m Road. vehicles will be unable to turn right from South Gippsland Highway to Hallam Road. the left turn from South Gippsland Highway onto Hallam Road will remain open. detours will be in place for you to access businesses on Hallam Road and to walk and cycle through the area. To access Hallam Road and South Gippsland Highway: cars and trucks will be detoured via Lynbrook Boulevard or Pound Road. large and oversize vehicles will need to detour via Pound Road. Night works We'll be working at night from Wednesday 27 February to Friday 1 March, 7.30pm to 6.30am. During this time, speeds will be reduced and they'll be some temporary lane closures in place. Night works may generate some noise, dust and vibration and we’ll monitor these activities to keep the impact to a minimum.
