Starting January 2021, we are opening up opportunities across the board for 2nd, 3rd, 4th and qualified Carpenters At HRC we believe in providing quality workmanship and working with our employees to progress, strive and challenge. No day is the same, no build is the same & there’s always room for improvement - that’s where we come in! We are looking for Carpentry fanatics. Carpenters who love what they do, are eager to learn more & wanting to be the best chippy they’d ever imagine You’ll need to be switched on, have a high quality of workmanship, drive and attention to detail. Being punctual is a must and going above and beyond will get you far. You’ll also need your white card and will need to have already started or completed your Certificate III in Building and Construction at a minimum We are located in Melbourne Western Suburbs and do require you to travel for work. We work right around melbourne and also in regional Victoria on occasion so you’ll need your licence and own car We provide above award wages (after 3 month trial), CoInvest payments, monthly team lunches, uniform & more! 18.01.2022 The boys What an absolute year 2020 has been! Could not thank these blokes for their tireless efforts along the way. Always with their can do attitudes they make my job so much easier! Being a small business owner with your name plastered everywhere you go, heightened risks hoping you’ll get a better turn around & pushing to achieve your dreams (but also trying to stay grounded incase your timing isn’t right) is one of the hardest things you can do but with a good backing ...AKA the crew, everything seems that much more achievable! Thanks boys for everything you have done for me and the business this year, your late nights, weekend work, bouncing ideas and your support. I couldn’t have done it without you all. I’m loving seeing you all push yourself (even when you think im pushing too far) and reaching for your own successes as well as moving up in the business. You all deserve a much needed break after the year we have had and I can’t wait to see what mischief we get up to next year!
