24.01.2022 It's that time of year again... our AGM! It will be held on Wednesday 25th November at 7.30pm in the Centre (if restrictions permit) or via Zoom. See poster of all the relevant details. There has been a lot of communication with the council behind the scenes about our reopening, so come down to be part of the conversation. Please note that session times for 2021 are allocated at the AGM, so make sure your group is represented to secure your desired spot for next year.

18.01.2022 Please find attached the agenda for our AGM on Wednesday 25th at 7:30pm as well as the roles which need to be filled on the committee. It is essential that the 5 roles of President, Vice President, Enrollment officer, Secretary and Treasurer, are filled next Wednesday. Other roles that are not necessary to continue running are Purchasing, Fundraising and Building Maintenance. We need some new members as current committee members must move on. Without this committee, the play...group can not run. Please let us know if you are interested in any of the roles, especially if you are unable to make the AGM. Thanks again for volunteering your valuable time to make Haering Road Playgroup continue for 2021.

09.01.2022 We've just had official word that the council will not be opening Playgroup facilities until 2021 (when restrictions allow). This means ourAGM will be held via Zoom. We'll make a link available soon. Please see the letter below for all the details.
