09.01.2022 Hi All Sorry but we are still without the full Internet and phone service. After spending a lot of money we have managed to rig up a phone service - just call the office number and it will be routed to a mobile. We have also managed to get limited internet via hot spots.... The settlement process is a complex task including various financial and administrative duties, so, you will need the right Solicitor/conveyancer to help you navigate the potential pitfalls. What is conveyancing? Conveyancing is the process of transferring ownership of a legal title of land from one owner to the new one, whether it be a from a person, company, trust or entity. Conveyancing Given the complexity of the legal work, it’s recommended that you hire a professional to conduct your conveyancing.
