25.01.2022 This iconic project on the Geelong waterfront just keeps on giving! Over the course of the past few months, since the conclusion of Stage 2, our all-star team has been working around the clock to prepare the next stages of Balmoral Quay for launch, and that time has finally come. New designs, new feel, new opportunities, but the same exclusive and highly sought-after waterfront location we would like to introduce the next instalment of Balmoral Quay. This project consists ...of a total of 61 residences, varying in type and size to cater for anyone that may be interested! SJB Architects have unsurprisingly brought their A-game once again in their design of the architecture and interiors for this stage. 24.01.2022 The State Budget was handed down yesterday afternoon by the Victorian State Treasurer Mr Tim Pallas. The Treasurer’s key budget announcements focused on Education, Construction, Taxation, and infrastructure spending. These announcements will ease pressure on unemployment, improve business confidence and increase consumer spending. The effect of such policies should place the state economy back on the road to recovery. The policies announced will be supported by substantial tax relief which will in turn see increased activity across both the established, off the plan and investment property sectors. 20.01.2022 Late last week we conducted our first site inspection for the year at Jardine and as you can see, this project is really starting to take shape. WestUrban have now successfully completed all ground concrete slab works and the installation of ground floor timber framing. After a lot of hard work from our team and all parties involved, we would like to announce that Clyde Residences in Thornbury has reached Practical Completion. We’ve had the pleasure of managing this project since construction commencement, and watching a project progress all the way to practical completion is always incredibly rewarding. ... 16.01.2022 A lot of hard work has been going into this project behind the scenes, and demolition has commenced on site at Immerse, Richmond! It's great to have reached this milestone and it's been a pleasure to work alongside the project team up until this point. Construction will commence shortly following the completion of demolition. Based on the amount of traction this project has been gaining online, we know how invested you all are in its progress. It won’t be long now until the iconic façade starts to take shape!

13.01.2022 After months of intricate work, demolition at Immerse, Richmond is now complete. Demolition at Immerse was quite unique compared to most of our other projects, so required some intricate work to complete. Prior to demolition, all shopfront canopies were removed, and a scaffold gantry was erected to allow safe and sufficient space for the pedestrian walkway to continue to be used. The demolition then occurred in 2 stages first, demolition was completed near the north and so...uth party walls, followed by the demolition of the internal areas. It's great to see all those months of work finally pay off as we move to the next stage of this project - Construction commencement. Watch this space for more announcements to come on Immerse, Richmond. In the coming months a builder appointment and a construction commencement announcement will both be shared.
