23.01.2022 For those days when you feel like something refreshing and sweet. Iced green tea. We love the sencha peach green tea from t2, full of antioxidants. Boil 1L of filtered water, add your favourite herbal tea, mix in some honey, let cool, remove tea bag, then place in the fridge. A much healthier alternative to soft drink or cordial.

21.01.2022 Manly beach now has fresh produce markets twice a week. Every Wednesday & Sunday from 8am-2pm in Short Street. If you can't make it to manly there are also the Organic Food Markets in Frenchs Forest on Sundays, and the Beaches Market on Fridays at Warriewood.
18.01.2022 One of our favourite uses salt for is a body scrub. Mix ground sea salt with coconut oil. Use on dry skin in the shower before turning on the water. Rub all over the body and leave for a minute or two, then rinse off with warm water. The salt works to gently remove dead skin cells, while the coconut oil locks in the moisture. http://www.hudor.com.au/
08.01.2022 This looks like a caramel slice, but tastes like a snickers and its completely raw, gluten and dairy free. Keep it in the freezer so you always have something for when last minute guests pop over. This is also another one of those recipes that you can use left over almond pulp.
