13.01.2022 The West Australian Association for Mental Health is hosting a series of free community mental health webinars in the lead up to Mental Health Week 2020. The third speaker in the series is former AFL player and lived experience speaker, Heath Black, presenting: ‘Bouncing Back from Rock Bottom’. During this one-hour webinar, Heath will share about his own mental health journey and how the pandemic encouraged him to take charge of his mental wellbeing. This will be a great presentation for your team, management and/or community members to gain a better understanding of men’s mental health and hopefully start some more conversations to save lives
