15.01.2022 Any boxing fans around? Great performance by the heavyweight champion yesterday. Both in and out of the ring. One thing both Fury and Wilder understand is the industry they're in. The entertainment industry. Too many athletes take themselves too seriously these days, forgetting their job is to provide value to the audience. Number 1, that means providing an exceptional performance, showing the mastery of their craft. ... However we're starting to see many, combat sports athletes in particular, start to realise that the weeks before the performance are just as important. Ali understood that, Floyd Mayweather understood that. Mike Tyson understood that. Conor Mcgregor understands that. There's a reason they are the biggest names in boxing and MMA. They put on a show and then backed it up in the ring. See more

13.01.2022 This may appear to be a self-serving message coming from a marketing agency, though that doesn't make it any less true. When times are tough and your business is struggling to bring in new work, the absolute worst thing you can do is stop marketing. It may very well be the time however, to cut any fluff out and get ultra efficient with where your money is being spent. You may also need to put in a little extra elbow grease to reach out to new prospects directly. If the Australian and indeed global economy does enter a period of decline over the next couple of years (and that's a big IF), view it as a positive. A chance to improve your business systems, get efficient and get primed to springboard during the next upturn. After all, the best businesses are usually built in recessions!

02.01.2022 Running a Small Business is filled with an endless array of opportunities to burn through your time. Particularly as a solopreneur or small team, an owner is tasked with juggling multiple facets of the business. Invoicing, cash flow management, marketing, lead generation, sales, team management.. all this comes before actually doing the work your business is set up to do. Thankfully we are here in the year 2020, where whole industries have arisen to create and develop small b...usiness tools that help improve efficiency, manage time, reduce errors and make juggling multiple tasks at once somewhat more bearable. We have put together a list of small business tools we use to help make things easier for us and to enable us to spend more time focused on the key aspects that help grow our business. Let’s face it, nobody gets into business to manage invoices and keep track of which stage in the cycle every one of their leads is in. We are incredibly grateful there are apps and software that make these processes far less of a headache. See more
